Precautions when requesting repair

  1. Online repair reception requires online membership registration.

  2. Customers who purchased at a department store or directly managed store The purchase certificate attached at the time of purchase is required.
    We cannot accept repairs without proof of purchase.
  3. Customers who purchased from our online shop We manage your purchase history, so please contact us using the repair form.
    However, if we cannot confirm the purchase, we will not be able to accept the repair.
  4. ・We will accept any defects that occur during normal use free of charge for 3 months from the date of purchase, and after that, we will charge a fee.
    ・We cannot accept repairs for items that you have processed yourself.
    ・Substitute parts may be used for repairs.
    ・Depending on the condition, we may not be able to accept repairs. Please note.
  5. Even within the free repair period, repair may be charged depending on the condition of the product.
  6. About the repair period Please note that it will take about 2 to 3 months after the repaired product arrives.
    Contacts and repairs during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays may require more days.
